Applications are invited for recruitment of following purely project based temporary position for the project at Division of Forestry Statistics, ICFRE HQ, ICFRE, FRI Campus, Dehradun. Candidates having appropriate qualifications in relevant subject/specialization with consistently good academic records and experience may appear in a Walk-In-Interview on 04th August, 2022. Interested candidates have to appear with their filled Application Form in the prescribed format along with following documents in the interview.

• Prescribed application form
• Attachment of Certificate: High School, Intermediate, Bachelor and Masters, Ph.D./M. Tech.
• One page CV,
• Details for experience (if applicable)
• Evidence for two best scientific papers (first page of both the published papers) in SCI Journal.
• One page writeup for M. Tech Dissertation/ Ph.D. Thesis.

Project Details:-Valuation of Forest for GDP,Green GDP and Payment of Eco-System goods and service (AICRP -13)
PI/Co-PI:-Dr.Rajiv Pandey
Period:- Four years (2020-2023)
Funding Agency:-CAMPA, MOEF & CC, GOI
Responsibility:-All project related work/activities of scientific/technical/official nature with major emphasis on RS & GIS based evaluation of various forest eco-system services such as Soil abetment, Water quality and quantity, Habitat and Biodiversity Services etc.

Educational Qualification for ICFRE Research Associate-I

PhD or Three Years Research Experience after Master's in any of the subject (Environmental Sciences/ Forestry/ Agricultural Economics/ Geography); or, M. Tech. in RS & GIS with three year's experience. Desirable:- Exposure to RS & GIS Evidence of Scientific research as paper/ dissertation
