India, Ministry of Labour: (or) b. A certificate in Army Trade Draughtsman (Field) issued by the President, Technical Testing Board, Madras Engineering Group and Centre; (or) c. A certificate in Draughtsman (Civil) issued by the Craftsman Training Centre; (or) d. The National Trade Certificate of Draftsman (Civil) Trade or Surveyor Trade awarded by the national council for training in vocational Trades,
Government of India through Industrial Training Institute and Completion of successful training in apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act 1961;
(or) e. Must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Note:
The educational qualifications prescribed for these posts should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the following order of studies viz. 10th + ITI (10+2) or 10th + Diploma (10+3) or 10th + Diploma + Bachelor’s Degree Course (10+3+3) or 10th + HSC + Diploma (10+2+2) or 10th + HSC + Bachelor’s Degree Course (10+2+4) as required under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016. The results of examination should have been declared on or before the date of Notification.[Section 20 (4)(iv) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act 2016]
Applicants claiming equivalence of qualification to the prescribed qualification should upload and submit evidence for equivalence of qualification in the form of Government Order issued on or before the date of this notification and submit it along with the online application, failing which, their application will be summarily rejected after due process. The Government Orders regarding equivalence of qualification issued after the date of this notification will not be accepted. *As per G.O (Ms) No.91, Human Resources Management (S) Department, dated 13.09.2021, the Maximum Age Limit prescribed for appointment by direct recruitment is enhanced by 2 years. [i.e., From 30 to 32 years, from 35 to 37 years] Explanation: No Maximum age limit shall mean that the applicants should not have completed 60 years of age either on the date of notification or at the time of selection/ appointment to the post.
(ii) “Others” [i.e., Applicants not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s and BCMs] who have put in five years and more of service in the State/Central Government are not eligible even if they are within the age limit. Latest Officers Training Academy (OTA) Chennai Recruitment 2022 Essential Qualification
Candidates who have passed the requisite Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of Engineering Degree course are eligible to apply. Candidates studying in the final year of Engineering degree course should be able to submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination alongwit marksheets of all semesters/years by 01 Apr 2023 and produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Such candidates will be inducted on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at Officers Training Academy (OTA) as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay & allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite degree certificate.
Note-1. ALL FINAL YEAR APPEARING CANDIDATES WHOSE FINAL YEAR/FINAL SEMESTER EXAM WILL BE SCHEDULED AFTER 01 APR 2023 ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS COURSE. Candidates, who have yet to pass their degree examination, will be eligible only if they are studying in the final year of degree examination. Those candidates, who have yet to qualify in the final year Degree Examination and are allowed to appear for SSB, should note that this is only a special concession given to them. They are required to submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination alongwith all marksheets towards the
Engineering Degree Examination by the above prescribed date and no request for extending this date will be entertained on the grounds of late conduct of basic qualifying University Examination, delay in declaration of results or any other grounds whatsoever.
Note-2. For induction to Pre Commission Training Academy, after final selection, the minimum educational qualification is passing BE/B.Tech degree in the Engineering streams notified below at Para 3. To become eligible for induction into SSC(Tech)-60(Men) Course and SSCW(Tech)-31 (Women) Course at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, candidates studying in final year of Engineering are required to submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination alongwith marksheets of all semesters/years by 01 Apr 2023 to Directorate General of Recruiting and ensure that the cumulative percentage of marks upto final semester/ year is not less than the approved cut off percentage, failing which the candidature will be cancelled.
Note-3. Final semester/year studying candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in SSB; subject to following conditions:-
(a) Their cumulative percentage of marks upto 6th semester/3rd year
of Engineering degree, upto 8th semester/4th year of B. Architecture (B. Arch) and upto 2nd semester/1st year of M.Sc in notified equivalent
stream/ discipline is not below the approved cut off percentage in their respective streams.
(b) After declaration of final results, the cumulative percentage of marks upto final semester/ year of degree course will also be not less than the approved cut off percentage, failing which the candidature will be cancelled.
Note-4. Candidates studying in final year/ semester of Engineering degree
course should not have any backlog at the time of submission of application. Any candidate if found having backlog will not be allowed to appear in SSB interview and candidature of such candidates will be cancelled.

Application Fee for FACT Recruitment 2022 for Technician and Management Trainees Post
1.Candidate belonging to General/OBC(NCL)/EWS category are required to pay non-refundable registration fee Rs. 600 (Rs Six Hundred Only) through online mode.

Monthly Compensation for Latest THDCIL Recruitment 2022 for Engineer Post:
Fixed Consolidate honorarium of Rs 60,000/- per month (CTC). However, higher consolidated honorarium (CTC) will be negotiable for deserving candidates depending on their academic qualification and job experience.
In addition to consolidated honorarium, special allowance shall be payable location wise as applicable at the place of posting.
Based on performance, on successful completion of continuous one year period/service in the event of extension an annual increase of 8% of honorarium per month may be considered.
In addition to above, benefits such as (i)Reimbursement of monthly conveyance for official purpose on certification basis and one time reimbursement for mobile phone and laptop as per the THDCIL Policy for Fixed Term Engagement in executive cadre and (ii)Medical benefits for self and spouse and 02 dependent children (subject to the eligibility as per the rule) from THDCIL Hospital/Dispensary and other empaneled hospitals as per the rules. .
